Perhaps appropriately for my final video of this series, this week’s precept is: When you go out, go out the right way.
The book releases next week - on Tuesday, Nov. 2! Through the book, I'm excited to share with you, in even greater detail, these precepts played out in my own life. Order it here.
Take care.

Completely agree again Fred. My experience mirrors your own in many respects. The only thing I might add is to try and pick your own time departure. Not always possible in politics or the military but among other careers but it’s good to know when it is time to go and decide that for yourself and avoid hanging on and be told.

Great series, Fred! I bet you learned as much as your viewers did through this retrospective. I've enjoyed each tidbit of advice informed with your delightful vignettes. I think your next series should address the challenges that come with aging and moving to the periphery and dealing with losses of all kinds (friends, family, status, health), You will want to read the wonderful book by Roger Angell "This Old Man" to get your juices flowing. I'm standing by for whatever is next for you since I know it will be illuminating and entertaining. Sarah
